There is a new nationalistic website launched by the junta's minion
Abhisit as an "online community promoting national unity."
The site includes this video lamenting Thailand's "Los(t) Territory"
(above).
This piece of yellowish trash is unfortunately teached in many Thai
schools.
You can find similar but opposite kind of propaganda in the muslim
world about the so-called "independent sultanate of Pattani annexed by
Thailand in 1902."
It is an easy way to lure people about a glorious past of fantasy and
hide the incompetence of their bribed rulers!

While the British, of course, had their own interests in signing first the
Burney treaty of 1826 with Siam, and then the Anglo-Siamese Treaty of 1909,
the fact remains that there was ample French agression directed at Siam as
part of France's grand designs for empire--not that anything like FACTS

Yes, the Thais have good reason to view the French as a friendly
nation:
Franco-Siamese War of 1893

all regarding their claim, they are thiefs, the history known that
thai stole land from their neighbors as burma and cambodia. Thailand
will be getting curse from their consiences and their ancestors. Thai
people should teach their children the rightiousness, don't violate
