groupies. Let's be honest, you trash me every chance you get, even
when I do not mention anything in a thread. You seek me out, and trach

When your disbarment was uncovered ... you lied and attacked more. How
interesting that Aribert Deckers is defending you.
I have asked him to butt out. I cannot control him any more that I can
control you.
As far as writing "several wives" ... after Andrew Langer of the
Snake-oil Vigilantes harassed me for years �and organized campaigns
against me ... I wrote his wife.
Which was totally inappropriate. She does not post here, and you
invaded her privacy. You were just lucky that Andrew was a gentleman
and did not encourage his wife, a military doctor, to file a
complaint. You made the email allegations sound like Andrew had some
form of perverse deisres about you. It was despicable.
Then, you did the same thing with my wife. She does not post here, had
never contacted you, and you invaded her privacy in a similar manner.
The sole purpose of such communications can only be that you hoped to
get rid of us by angering our wives. You underestimated two very smart

Let us take a moment to review the history of this matter.
YOU initiated this situation when you invaded my privacy by emailing
me
after my husband warned you not to do so. Your attitude was that you
can do
whatever you want, and you went ahead and emailed me.
When I did not respond as quickly as you liked, you posted the email
to a
website which you wisely removed. That is extremely childish and
controlling
behavior, and I would not tolerate it in my presence, or from anyone
who I
had to deal with. From some of the posts you have made, specifically
those
where you complain when someone insists on a direct answer, it is
clear that
you would not tolerate it either.
Thus, it is obvious that YOU, and not me, initiated this situation.
Since those emails, you have continued to accuse my husband of all
sorts of
horrible things without the slightest proof on your part. For your
information, you are absolutely incorrect about his career. We met in
college, after he left military service, and I have known him since
then.
After college he worked for one of the US Government's agencies where
he
spent long periods overseas. During many of these periods, he was not
able
to contact me, nor I him. Our marriage, which has lasted just over 31
years
as of this month, is strong, and testifies to the devotion we have
toward
each other.
In the mid-late 1980's we came to realize that there had to be two
full time
parents for our two special needs children. Accordingly, Mark left
field
work, something that he loved, and settled into an office type
position with
that agency. When an early retirement package was offered, with
enhancements
for those who had line of duty injuries, like Mark, he took the
package and
retired.
Fortuitously, Mark then met an old college friend and they formed a
company
which provides security and investigation services. They have been at
it
since then. Mark, with his training and experience, is an incredibly
effective investigator and security consultant.
Mark's devotion to our family is equaled only by his strong beliefs
in
protecting our country and individual rights. I have asked him
numerous
times to complain to GoDaddy, the company that hosts your website,
RoadRunner and Hotmail. He refuses to do so, since he is not a
hypocrite.
Because of the nature of Mark's former employment, we are circumspect
in
divulging any personal information that can put our family at risk.
For us,
the risk is real, as in Mark's work for the US Government, there were
"bad
people" who use violence to settle matters. Mark made some enemies
while
working for the government, in countries where they seek revenge for
life.
Since you had posted my place of employment, I have been followed
from
school. Fortunately, Mark trained me on how to shake a tail, amongst
other
protective measures he has taken.
Additionally, there have been calls to my school from people who
refuse to
give their names. This has never had this happen before, and YOU have
put my
family at risk.
If you are the kind compassionate person that you claim to be, you
will
immediately remove that webpage, and any webpage referring my husband,
to
prevent further damage. You have stated that the purpose of the
webpages is
to have a conveniently means of replying to your critics.
If you remove these webpages, I assure you the following will
immediately
happen:
1. The "Fan Club" will disappear, and never return.
2. Mark will respond to your posts on usenet only in a substantive
manner,
and will no longer address your actions, words and deeds.

me. I have spoken with some of Mark's friends in government law

and they tell me that this can be construed as stalking behavior,
since I
have never had contact with her.
Let me be blunt: I have been fully aware of Mark's activities from day
one
as we share *verything* in our relationship. He has NEVER posted as
Will
Ketcher, and we have not had an AOL account for a long time. However,
Rosenthal persists in accusing him.
Let me clear up this issue Mark's attempt to infiltrate her email
list. He
has never denied doing so, and has clearly stated his reasons, which
Rosenthal rejects. When he mentioned that our younger son was about to
have
surgery he began receiving some very nasty email which sounded quite a
bit
like Rosenthal. I read them, and know that they were hate filled and
mirrored her usual verbiage. Some of them actually wished ill to our
son.
Remember, I am an English teacher and I spend hours a day reading
students'
work. I also felt that they could have originated with people who
were
affiliated with her.
Mark was deeply offended by some of the statements in these emails,
and he
attempted to locate the senders, but was unsuccessful. He then decided
to
try to read her group to see if he could identify the offending
individuals.
As you know, she found out what he did, and posted a message to that
effect.
Mark *immeidatrely* acknowledged what he did, and expressed his
reasons,
which she denied and said that we never received such email, even
though she
had absolutely no way of reading his email inbox.
You have been *concistently*wrong about Mark, and even more
consistently
wrong about Mark. I have read many instances where it was clear that
you did
not *understand* what he was saying. Now that you do not read his
full
messages (many times you respond to something that has been severely
edited)
or his replies, you are making assumptions based on less than all the
facts.
If you were my student, you would get an F.
When I first received this email I was very upset by her actions, and
I
wanted to file complaints with Hotmail, RoadRunner and GoDaddy, her
website
host. Mark talked me out of it, as he does not think that such actions
*wil
lhelp* her. In fact, he is convinced that she *wil* become even more
abusive
and obsessed with "enemies." You know that I have every right to make
such
complaints.
Several of my students have used her website about Mark in their
*wrtiings*
in my senior honors writing seminar. Another group has used Rosenthal
in a
debate in my senior debating class. They used her to demonstrate that
the
First Amendment, which is posted in Mark's study, protects even the
most
vile people. I gave them an A.
I trust that this helps you get a better perspective on Mark, and on
Rosenthal.

When I did not respond as quickly as you liked, you posted the email
to a
website which you wisely removed. That is extremely childish and
controlling
behavior, and I would not tolerate it in my presence, or from anyone
who I
had to deal with. From some of the posts you have made, specifically
those
where you complain when someone insists on a direct answer, it is
clear that
you would not tolerate it either.
Thus, it is obvious that YOU, and not me, initiated this situation.
Since those emails, you have continued to accuse my husband of all
sorts of
horrible things without the slightest proof on your part. For your
information, you are absolutely incorrect about his career. We met in
college, after he left military service, and I have known him since
then.
After college he worked for one of the US Government's agencies where
he
spent long periods overseas. During many of these periods, he was not
able
to contact me, nor I him. Our marriage, which has lasted just over 31
years
as of this month, is strong, and testifies to the devotion we have
toward
each other.
In the mid-late 1980's we came to realize that there had to be two
full time
parents for our two special needs children. Accordingly, Mark left
field
work, something that he loved, and settled into an office type
position with
that agency. When an early retirement package was offered, with
enhancements
for those who had line of duty injuries, like Mark, he took the
package and
retired.
Fortuitously, Mark then met an old college friend and they formed a
company
which provides security and investigation services. They have been at
it
since then. Mark, with his training and experience, is an incredibly
effective investigator and security consultant.
Mark's devotion to our family is equaled only by his strong beliefs
in
protecting our country and individual rights. I have asked him
numerous
times to complain to GoDaddy, the company that hosts your website,
RoadRunner and Hotmail. He refuses to do so, since he is not a
hypocrite.
Because of the nature of Mark's former employment, we are circumspect
in
divulging any personal information that can put our family at risk.
For us,
the risk is real, as in Mark's work for the US Government, there were
"bad
people" who use violence to settle matters. Mark made some enemies
while
working for the government, in countries where they seek revenge for
life.
Since you had posted my place of employment, I have been followed
from
school. Fortunately, Mark trained me on how to shake a tail, amongst
other
protective measures he has taken.
Additionally, there have been calls to my school from people who
refuse to
give their names. This has never had this happen before, and YOU have
put my
family at risk.
If you are the kind compassionate person that you claim to be, you
will
immediately remove that webpage, and any webpage referring my
husband,
to
prevent further damage. You have stated that the purpose of the
webpages is
to have a conveniently means of replying to your critics.
If you remove these webpages, I assure you the following will
immediately
happen:
1. The "Fan Club" will disappear, and never return.
2. Mark will respond to your posts on usenet only in a substantive
manner,
and will no longer address your actions, words and deeds.

Let me be blunt: I have been fully aware of Mark's activities from

Ketcher, and we have not had an AOL account for a long time. However,
Rosenthal persists in accusing him.
Let me clear up this issue Mark's attempt to infiltrate her email
list. He
has never denied doing so, and has clearly stated his reasons, which
Rosenthal rejects. When he mentioned that our younger son was about
to
have
surgery he began receiving some very nasty email which sounded quite
a
bit
like Rosenthal. I read them, and know that they were hate filled and
mirrored her usual verbiage. Some of them actually wished ill to our
son.
Remember, I am an English teacher and I spend hours a day reading
students'
work. I also felt that they could have originated with people who
were
affiliated with her.
Mark was deeply offended by some of the statements in these emails,
and he
attempted to locate the senders, but was unsuccessful. He then
decided
to
try to read her group to see if he could identify the offending
individuals.
As you know, she found out what he did, and posted a message to that
effect.
Mark *immeidatrely* acknowledged what he did, and expressed his
reasons,
which she denied and said that we never received such email, even
though she
had absolutely no way of reading his email inbox.
You have been *concistently*wrong about Mark, and even more
consistently
wrong about Mark. I have read many instances where it was clear that
you did
not *understand* what he was saying. Now that you do not read his
full
messages (many times you respond to something that has been severely
edited)
or his replies, you are making assumptions based on less than all the
facts.
If you were my student, you would get an F.
When I first received this email I was very upset by her actions, and
I
wanted to file complaints with Hotmail, RoadRunner and GoDaddy, her
website
host. Mark talked me out of it, as he does not think that such
actions
*wil
lhelp* her. In fact, he is convinced that she *wil* become even more
abusive
and obsessed with "enemies." You know that I have every right to make
such
complaints.
Several of my students have used her website about Mark in their
*wrtiings*
in my senior honors writing seminar. Another group has used Rosenthal
in a
debate in my senior debating class. They used her to demonstrate that
the
First Amendment, which is posted in Mark's study, protects even the
most
vile people. I gave them an A.
I trust that this helps you get a better perspective on Mark, and on
Rosenthal.

of
her
current messages to me.

This written to advise you to "cease and desist" from discussing me, and
libeling me any further than you have. I'm tired of you posting about
untruthful information about me, and Annie is one of my names.
I have proof that my computer was hacked into, and hacked into people connected
to Quackwatch. All you are doing is making a bigger fool out of yourself than
you already have. Bob Kulacz, and Tim Bolen have copies of the emails I sent.
The windows portion of my Mac Book was hacked into, and I'm no longer on
Wireless. I am on dial-up.
You have no idea of what you are talking about.
You falsely accused me of (Bob Kulacz forwarded me the emails) of going to
California to stalk Ilena, that I had joined the gang, and that you didn't trust
me. This was entire fairy tale that you and Ilena made up, and I'm sorry that
you feel that anyone that doesn't agree with you is a LIAR, but you have
libelled me for the last time. It will not happen again. I am no longer
posting there and there is no further need to discuss me.
Ask your attorney to explain what "LIBEL" is. Calling someone a liar just
because you don't happen to believe them, is libel.
And there are two J. Drew's. It was even pointed out by another poster in the
group.

I ran Ilena Rosenthal's name through a bunch of databases. I also called the DRE. Ilena Rosenthal has a license through the DRE, as do you, Myrl Jeffcoat. He was born May 18, 1916, in Monroe County, the son of Charles and Lorena
(Sluss) Stidd. He was a 1934 graduate of Bloomington High School, and was a
retired contractor and well-known farmer residing in the Bean Blossom bottom
area of Monroe County most of his life. He was active in the Stinesville Parent
Teachers Association and was its president from 1954 to 1956. During World War
II, he was involved in the construction of Camp Atterbury in Columbus, the
Allison Plant in Indianapolis, as well as a similar facility in Evansville, and
finally finished his service at the Crane Naval Station in construction of
military facilities. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and

PURPOSE
In a state in which public schools offer excellent educational
opportunities at public expense, a private school should have a special reason
for its existence.
Adventist Christian Academy , with the unique standards and

Christian principles, as practiced by Seventh-day Adventists, have first place
in determining the policies of Adventist Christian Academy .
The following quotation defines the Seventh-day Adventist concept of Christian
education: “True education means more than the pursuit of a certain course
of study. It means more than a preparation for the life that now is. It has to
do with the whole being and with the whole period of existence possible to man.
It is the harmonious development of the physical, the mental, and the spiritual
powers. It prepares the student for the joy of service in this world, and for
the higher joy of wider service in the world to come.” Education, p. 13.
Seventh-day Adventists sincerely believe that Christ is coming literally to this
earth to claim His own, but before He comes, the gospel is to be taken into all
the world. “With such an army of workers as our youth, rightly trained,
might furnish, how soon the message of a
crucified, risen, and soon-coming Savior might be carried to the whole
world.” Education, p. 271. Adventist Christian Academy begins the
training of its youth in this high responsibility.
Adventist Christian Academy offers grades K through 8 of formal education.
Our school provides a state-approved curriculum and is supervised and
accredited through the Education Department of the Indiana Conference of
Seventh-Day Adventists.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

Skills and Knowledge -- To teach the value and necessity of the mental habits
of application and concentration. To provide the acquisition of common skills
and knowledge essential to scholastic progress. To engender a love of learning
that will be carried throughout their life here in this world and into the world
to come.

Health and Recreation -- To promote the study and practice of the
principles of health and temperance, in the belief that mental and spiritual
vigor are in a great degree dependent upon physical health, strength and
activity. To guide students in making good choices regarding recreation and
leisure time.

Relationship to God -- To instill a knowledge of God and love for Him and for
Jesus Christ
who came into the world to be its Redeemer. To establish belief and practice in
the essential relational experience of faith and prayer. To develop respect and
reverence for the Bible as the divine Word of God, including the Ten
Commandments as the rule of guidance for a complete life.
Character -- To present the ideals of true culture and encourage an appreciation
of what is pure, true, noble, right and beautiful. To develop an inward
fortitude against evil and a sense of personal
responsibility in the application of spiritual, social, moral and physical laws
that should govern individual conduct.

Home and Family -- To awaken an appreciation of home, where love is the
motivating power in the life of every member of the family.
Citizenship -- To inspire love of country, loyalty to country, and respect for
recognized authority.
Service -- To establish in the minds and hearts of the students the Christian
motive of service and concern for others as opposed to the incentive of selfish
rivalry. To emphasize the value and dignity of labor in the development of
character and in carrying out the responsibilities of life.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION
Adventist Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, or ethnic
origin, to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally
accorded or made available to students. In administration of its
educational policies it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or
ethnic origin.
Adventist Christian Academy is operated especially for the youth of the
Seventh-day Adventist faith. It is a privilege, not a right to attend A.C.A.
However, as space permits, a student who is not a member of the Seventh-day
Adventist church may be admitted. It is expected that all students will uphold
the standards of Adventist Christian Academy and will cheerfully endeavor to
live in harmony with the principles of the school. Parents who, after
consultation with the teacher and the principal, find themselves in disagreement
with the practices or policies of the school may be asked to withdraw their
student.
It is recommended that students not be entered in school before they reach the
age of six years. Parents of each Kindergarten student must present the
student’s birth certificate to the school by July 1st.
Students may be required to undergo testing before acceptance or during the
first month of the school year. If satisfactory achievement scores are on file
at A.C.A., testing may be omitted. The school reserves the right, after testing
an applicant and counseling with the parents, to change the grade placement to
one more suitable for the student. The school may not be equipped or
sufficiently staffed to offer continuous remedial help to students with special
needs.
Applicants for admission must submit a standard application blank, properly
filled out, which will be presented to the A.C.A. Board for final approval.
New and returning students should have a G.P.A. of 2.0 (or equivalent) in order
to be considered for admission. Students with a recent scholastic performance
below 2.0 will be subject to the Scholastic Probation Policy. Deviation from
this standard may be done only at the discretion of the school board.
Scholastic Probation will be in effect the first nine weeks following
admittance. It will be required that the student improve their G.P.A. to a
current 2.0 or above within the following nine week period. Continued
monitoring of the student’s G.P.A. will be evaluated every three weeks for
the next nine weeks. Failure to meet this standard may result in dismissal.
Re-admittance during the next or subsequent school years will be evaluated on an
individual basis, subject to the previous
year’s performance. Also, scholastic performance at any time during the
school year, which falls below 2.0 for any nine-week grading period, will result
in a Scholastic Probation as outlined above.
If at any time during the school year the A.C.A. faculty believes a student
needs professional evaluation, and/or testing for learning, behavioral or
attention disorders, it is the parents’ responsibility to arrange for such
examination and make the results available to A.C.A. faculty in a timely manner
(as determined by the principal). If this requirement is not met, the student
