2/20/93 - one of the all-time greats, one of the first shows where
they really got "out there" with the setlist and jamming one song into
the next. Second set is insane, not too mention every song played is
a smokin hot version.

10/31/95 - I suppose I'm biased since I was lucky enough to attend
this one. Just listen to the insane energy in the arena during the
Icculus > Divided sky opener (my personal favorite D. Sky ever), that
should be enough to win you over.

11/14/95 - The jamming in and out of Stash is incredibly unique and
mind-bending, Trey had his mini-percussion kit this tour and it really
paid off with some incredible rhythmic interplay between him and
Fishman, especially during the jam into Manteca (!!)

12/14/95 - Curtain > Tweezer combos in '95 always signaled hotness to
follow. Another 2nd set segue-fest, one of my all-time favorite sets,
topped off by an amazing Slave finale.

12/31/95 - the G.O.A.T. to many, myself included. Don't kid yourself,
just download!

12/7/97 - hot right out of the gates, this show features a good
helping of the deep, spacy funk that was the hallmark of Fall '97

Honorable mentions:
7/12/91 (w/ horns)
8/14/93
10/31/94
4/3/98

Happy downloading!

Hey man, really thanks for doing this for me. Would love to see some
more ideas from others!

Need it. D/Ling it as we speak. It will be my listen to today while I
work.

Need it. D Sky is shaping into one of my favorite tunes.

Need it. Stash, another of my favorites.

Got it. One of the first shows I ever listened to straight through.
This show was the beginning of the hookage for me. The light began to
shine brightly after I got to know it.

Got it. Also amongst some of the first shows I listened to straight
through. Yesterday somebody referred me to the night before, 12/6/97.

Also D/Ling this one at the moment, might make this my first listen to
today, interested in hearing how the horns play out, and also lately
I've been trying to acquaint myself with some of the earlier 90s
stuff.

Got it, but pretty lame aud rec. When I first found out about the
Halloween theme shows - what a cool concept, btw - this was the one I
seeked out first because the White Album is possibly one of my all
time favorite albums. Second was, 10/31/95, because, of course, Quad
was always for me right up there with the White Album. I saw the Who
at MSG (in '79) soon after the Quad movie was released, and sadly,
just soon after Keith Moon died. One of their first couple of live
shows with Kenny Jones. And did I mention that Fishman sorta reminds
me a little bit of Moon, a little bit? Got that one too, but again,
not a very good quality recording.

On a side note, when I first started really trying to pay attention to
what this band was doing (or had done), I wanted to get my hands on
the Live Phish series, figuring there was band input as to which would
be released but was saddened to find that they're out of print (except
on ebay, but thats like a hassle sort of). Very happy to see
livephish.com releasing these for D/L.

Got it. Happy to say I have the two Providence and the two Nassau
shows. Nassau is what I would consider my "home" court, so anything
at Nassau or MSG is of interest to me in general.

Heh . . . Smoke on the water, Watchtower, Mystery Achievement
(Pretenders) . . . these guys just make me smile, don't know what else
to say at the moment . . . I'm sure the Purple Rain is going to be
interesting, can't wait for their take on the harmonizing . . . and
the screeching . . .
